During the days of January 23-26, the committee leaders of CBMC Latin America gathered in Panama City to review the strategic plan of CBMC ministry for the next four years. We had an extraordinary Journey of Generosity (JoG) which was a unique approach and introduction to “fundraising.”
We also invested a full day to start the training process for certification with Life-Coaching — represented by GLC of Venezuela. In the evening, we met with key church leaders and entrepreneurs to lay the foundation for CBMC ministry in Panama.
We saw the hand of God in providing these contacts, including the President of the Evangelical Alliance of Panama, Rev Rolando Hernandez who openly expressed his welcome to the ministry and their willingness to take the next steps. We thank God for this opportunity and will continue steadily in bi-monthly online meetings.
We also took the opportunity on this trip, for a stopover in Bogota Colombia, to meet with the leaders of CBMC ministry there. It was a very fruitful visit.
We are in the process of confirming the details for the IV Latin American CBMC Convention in October 2016, which will be held in Valencia, Venezuela.
