Christopher C. Simpson was selected as President in late 2022. As President, he travels the world establishing and equipping CBMC Regional/National Boards and Executive Committees to engage the global marketplace with a fearless and victorious Christian faith. He is singularly passionate about the transformative power of the Gospel in individual lives as he has mentored and voluntarily led multiple ministries over the last 15 years.
Professionally, Chris began his 28-year career in the public sector as a Commanding Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he led a fast-paced supply and logistics command. He then joined the United States Secret Service in 1999, establishing an impressive record of organizational success directing elite personnel in multi-site, multi-team operations and advanced logistics missions internationally, emphasizing cross-cultural environments. While serving as the Diplomatic Attaché to Colombia, he led operational strategies across four geographically dispersed offices throughout the South American nation. Chris culminated his public service career as a Regional Coordinator leading a broad hemispheric organizational strategy across 19 countries in Latin America.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry from the John J. Rawlings School of Divinity, Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Chris and his wife Ana, a native of Nicaragua, have three children and reside in Boca Raton, Florida.
