Melody has been part of the CBMC family for more than 25 years, faithfully serving in a variety of roles across Latin America, Hispanic North America, and beyond. Since 2006, she has also served on the CBMC Latin American Executive Committee.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, equipping her with both academic and practical preparation for the responsibilities of this role as CBMC International Global Operations Manager.
Prior to joining us as full-time staff at CBMC, she was the Program Director for a graduate Leadership program, and Professor for the Thomas School of International Studies at Mid-America Christian University (MACU) in Oklahoma City. Additionally, she served as a 5th-grade teacher at St Peter Macomb Lutheran School, a Christian K-8 school based at her home church in Michigan.
Her favorite activities are spending time with her family, attending her children’s sports events, watching movies, and traveling.
