CBMC Latvia presents: Business and Leaders Breakfast
When God Calls You to Build Roads
September 24 @ 9:00 am – 11:00 am
In 2010, Kaspars Gūtmanis and his father started building roads with no capital, no industry experience, and no outside backing. What they did have, Kaspars says, was their greatest asset: a word from God that they were to build roads.
About five years later, one of Kaspars’s brothers joined the work. In 2020, two more brothers came on board. Today ARB 7 is a family road construction company with just over 50 employees and 2025 revenue of nearly 10 million euros.
At this breakfast, Kaspars Gūtmanis, founder and CEO of ARB 7, and Daniels Gūtmanis, board member, will share the story behind the company: how it began, what it means to build a business as a family, the hard decisions along the way, and the role faith has played at every stage.
If you are a business owner or leader wrestling with what obedience looks like in your work, come hear from men who stepped out before they had the resources to do it.
