On a warm Tuesday evening in August, a group of CBMC men from Pittsburgh left their offices behind and stepped into something deeper. They didn’t come to speak at a conference or lead a workshop—they came to show up for boys who rarely have men show up at all.

Hosted at Pine Valley Camp in Ellwood City, PA, “Boys Night” was a chance for underserved youth, many from single-parent homes, to see real, godly manhood up close. And it wasn’t a lecture. It was crawfish hunting in the creek, burgers around the table, and conversations that carried eternal weight.

These CBMC men, leaders from Trusted Advisor Forums and Young Professionals teams, came with one goal: to overflow.

Because real Ambassadors for Christ don’t stay confined to boardrooms and business strategy. They spill out—into homes, into communities, into places like Pine Valley, where the “least of these” aren’t in the breakroom but out in the woods, waiting for someone to pour Gospel truth into their lives.

Later that evening, the group joined a chapel service, where a local pastor preached on biblical manhood. Several CBMC men shared how they integrate faith and integrity into their work. It wasn’t flashy—it was faithful. And in that moment, a few boys saw what it means to be both strong and surrendered.

Matt Reichart, Pine Valley’s Executive Director and a CBMC member himself, helped lead the evening with the kind of quiet strength that leaves a mark. His vision, rooted in Jesus and aimed at the next generation, was contagious.

This wasn’t just a “boys” night. It was a Gospel night. A picture of what happens when Christian professionals take their calling seriously, not just at work, but in every sphere of life.

Because when the people of God show up, hearts get changed.

CBMC International celebrates these marketplace leaders who understand their influence is a stewardship, not a silo. May we all lead with lives that overflow—into creeks, camps, conversations, and wherever the Kingdom calls.
