Global Theme: #SENT

CBMC International invites marketplace leaders around the world to unite once again for a focused Month of Prayer this May!

While prayer is central to our mission year-round, these four weeks are set aside to align our global movement in one voice, one purpose, and one calling.

This year’s theme, #SENT, comes from Jesus’ words:
“As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.” (John 20:21, ESV)

Our workplaces are not accidents. They are assignments. Across offices, factories, boardrooms, and businesses, God has placed His people to live out the Gospel with clarity, courage, and conviction.

What to Expect

Daily Prayer Focus (#CBMCPrays)

Each weekday, CBMC International will share guided prayer prompts across digital platforms, centered on four key themes:

  • Week 1: Christ Magnified in the Marketplace
  • Week 2: Evangelism
  • Week 3: Discipleship
  • Week 4: The Nations

These prayers are designed to help believers live and lead in ways that reflect Christ in every sphere of work.

Live Global Prayer Gatherings (#PrayWithCBMC)

Throughout the month, CBMC teams and regions will host live prayer sessions across platforms such as Zoom, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

These gatherings will unite leaders across nations, strengthening the reality that CBMC is one global movement seeking God together. Check with your national leadership for updates and gatherings.

Workplace Prayer Challenge (#WorkplacePrayer)

Participants are encouraged to intentionally pray for their workplaces, colleagues, and leaders.

Members can share short prayers online, helping reinforce a simple but powerful truth: We are placed where we are for a purpose.

A Global Movement in Prayer

From entrepreneurs to executives, from small business owners to corporate leaders, believers across industries and nations will step into their workplaces knowing they are #SENT.

This month is more than a campaign. It is a collective posture before God, asking Him to move powerfully through the global marketplace.

Join us as we pray for:

  • Christ to be honored in every workplace
  • The Gospel to be boldly shared
  • Leaders to be discipled and multiplied
  • Nations to be reached through marketplace influence
