A team from CBMC Orange County, CA traveled to Mongolia reaching the highest levels of government with a Biblically based ethics conference for over 220 attendees! They also helped establish an officially chartered CBMC Mongolia team. During their time they led Operation Timothy training for more than 20 leaders with many doors opened for evangelism.
It all started in 2008 when Steve Garrison from CBMC USA met Saina Beejin from Mongolia at the CBMC International Convention in Malaysia. Then at the CBMC International World Convention in Orlando, Florida in 2014 Steve again connected with Saina and Brian Harmon. They agreed to help with the establishment of a CBMC team in Mongolia with their first trip to the country in 2016.
Fast forward to 2019 and the team continues to grow and impact the marketplace and government as courageous ambassadors for Jesus Christ! The Lord gave the team favor with a member of the Mongolian Parliament allowing them to meet the specific need of presenting a foundation for ethics. Thanks to Al Erisman, a former Boeing executive now Executive in Residence and the past Director for the Center for Integrity in Business in the School of Business and Economics at Seattle Pacific University, a powerful and well developed presentation leveraging biblical truth was provided to 220 government officials as well as being live streamed throughout Mongolia! Ed Moy, 38th Director of the United States Mint, provided credible government experience participating with Erisman in the workshop.
God is using His courageous ambassadors engaged in His work to impact the world! CBMC International had a profound impact on the government of Mongolia thanks to CBMC USA in Orange County, California, CBMC Mongolia, and the Asian Board of CBMC.
Please keep praying for the seed planted in the hearts of these officials and the people of Mongolia. Your support allows the gospel to go forth in amazing places thanks to the global network of CBMC.
