Randy Wolgemuth serves as the President of CBMC Canada.
He is a serial entrepreneur and has started and run more than 10 companies. He enjoys taking a business from an idea to an established company, and helping people find the best solution for their path to success in business and personally. He is a John Maxwell Certified Coach.
Randy married his high school sweetheart more than 40 years ago. They enjoy time with their four kids and their families – especially when it includes watching their grandchildren play hockey or perform in recitals.
Randy has a passion for people and desires that they come to know Jesus personally.
Benjamin Nan, has been President of CBMC Taiwan since January 2018. He is a Taiwan born Canadian citizen.
Ben started his career with AT&T ( later Lucent Technologies ) with various executive jobs, such as Asia Pacifica Global Supply Chain VP, and Lucent China Mobility Business Service VP. He later started a Business Unit with Foxconn International. His last executive job was CEO of the world’s largest recycle paper manufacturer- Nine Dragon Paper company Ltd. ( a HK listed company )
Ben received his Masters of Practical Ministry from Agape International seminary school in Los Angeles, USA and is an ordained pastor. He worked as CEO of World Vision Taiwan for 3 years which was the first NGO job and ministry in his life.
Ben and his wife Cynthia have been married for 30 years. All three of his adult sons Tim, Jeremy, and Bowie live and work in Vancouver Canada.
Young Kee has a Ph.D in Organic Chemistry from UC Davis, 1985; a Postdoctoral fellow at Princeton University, 1987.
He is a Principal Researcher at KRICT (Korea research Institute of Chemical Technology). He joined CBMC in 1987 and led 5 teams in Daejon City.
Professor at Inje University, teaching organic chemistry, 2003; established and led new CBMC committee in Busan city and discipled 5 Timothy.
Director of Education and Training of KCBMC, 2018; established and led new CBMC committee in Paju city; leading 5 Timothys.
He established the Vision School, Leadership School and Family School.
He became President of KCBMC in 2019; additionally leading together with his wife, 3 teams of married couples.
He has been married to Jinsook for 40 years with 4 adult sons (3 married, 1 in graduate school in USA), and 5 grandchildren.
Currently he is CEO; INH (Supplement manufacturing/sales company) since 2006; an Honorary professor at Inje University and Ordained pastor.
Frik is the Executive Manager for CBMC South Africa. He was introduced to CBMC in 1998 and joined at a fulltime capacity in 2000. Before joining CBMC, he was a successful businessman who owned several businesses. His involvement in SMI and WorldTeach, combined with his passion for ministry, lead him to complete his Diploma in Theology.
His passion for people and building relationships are evident when looking at his family. Happily married to wife, Letitia, for 38 years and blessed with three grown children.
His life goal is to serve and help people to reach their full potential in life.
Wouter Droppers is the President of Europartners/CBMC Europe.
He received his business experience in the automotive sector and worked in this business in different companies and management levels for 22 years.
Prior to his current appointment with CBMC (2007), Wouter served as managing director within one of the largest automotive retail companies in the Netherlands, and was responsible for the Volvo and Land Rover brand within this company. In the meanwhile he studied theology and graduated as well.
He is very practical and like to combine faith with business.
He is married, having two children and is living in the Netherlands.

James D. Firnstahl was appointed President in 2011. As President, he travels the world dialoguing with business, government and religious leaders about trends where commerce and faith intersect. Each year he speaks to groups around the world about his passion: the impact Christ-followers can have in the global marketplace.
Jim began his 30 year career in business as an international banking and capital markets professional in New York City with JP Morgan, Chase & Co. (formerly Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company) He then joined Wells Fargo Corporation managing three different finance divisions including business loan securitization.
Jim rounded out his finance career as CFO of businesses in such diverse industries as global manufacturing and wholesale building supply distribution. He also started a hi-tech firm in the fast developing 3-D printing process.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Minnesota; an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Masters of Arts in Christian Thought from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota USA. He is also a Director of the Veritas Forum at the University of Arizona.
Jim and his wife Emily reside in Tucson, Arizona, USA. Emily serves on two Christian ministry Boards; they have one daughter who serves as the executive director of a symphonic music organization. Jim can be contacted at [email protected]
